01Is Docket available in French?+

Client-facing surfaces support English and French; firm-facing admin tooling is currently English-only, with French planned.

02Can Docket run on our own servers?+

Yes. Self-hosted deployment keeps client files on firm-controlled hardware. A managed hosted option is also available.

03How quickly can we go live?+

Most firms onboard Docket Intake in 2–3 weeks, including staff training and a pilot cohort of clients.

04Do you work with non-Canadian firms?+

Not currently. Our product is Canadian-first by design — every workflow assumes CRA context.
